This was a project I did for one of my writing classes at MSU. I want to put this here to show my effort for research and growth as this report was not something I was familiar with and had to step outside my comfort zone to research and put together.

Research Topic: User experience of reporting streaming problems on Netflix on a computer vs a mobile device
My Role: Collect enough information through cognitive walkthroughs and debrief interviews to find and solve usability issues of Netflix
